I used to wonder what my children would be when they grew into adults. I had high hopes for them. Both children attended a pre-school where they learned to read basic words, write the alphabet and other things children learn while in preschool. After one particular day at school, my son came home and called his sister a butt-head. Of course, I had to tell him that we did not call people bad names and that calling his sister a butt-head was not appropriate.

Fortunately for me, my son was way ahead. He very solemnly informed me that he learned in school that there were two butts. One was a good word and one was a bad word. He went on to tell me that he only used ONE T when calling his sister but-head so it wasn’t a bad word.

Maybe, just maybe, he’ll be an attorney when he grows up.
